We went to a motorcycle paint shop. They matched the paint to the robe material and added a flex agent so the paint wouldn't crack if the helmet warped or got bent.

If you go to Rubies.com and do a search for the part number you can see on the box in the background the Royal Guard helmet will come up, but it's not listed publicly.

Currently the emitter is wood, and no. It will be silver like the pike. This is still a work in progress, but I don't want to go all in if it has to be changed.

Since they are a womens sized glove I always get the largest size (I believe it's a size 8) and have no problems ...

Have you all seen the helmet on/off pic in the book 365 Days of Star Wars? It's a small panormaic pic of Palpatine's office between shoots, but it has a lot of detail in it. There's even a guard without the helmet and outer cloak on. I'll try to post a scan later.
