For the tip of the pike, I purchased a children's medical syringe. Big thanks to Bdgr for finding a source for this for me. I had searched just about every store in town that would carry them and they all had ones with the wrong tip.

Thankfully, with Bdgr's help, there is a Babies R' Us about 20 ...

If you're going the ROTS route, ROTS guard gloves should be leather.

Acquired the medicine syringe today. Thanks again to bdgr for the link he pm'ed me.

Still need to get the various sized o-rings I will need, but I have other work to do on this before those
are needed.

I found another wand today at a local vacuum store. It's even a Hoover wand but not sure if it's the same one as yours. Got it for $5 bucks.

And regarding the syringe: All I have been finding are the ones with the flatter top. Did find one similar to yours at Walmart ...

I have been unable to find one like that here locally, that isn't packaged with other baby care items I don't need(my kids are all teenagers).

Got a few places I haven't looked, so I'll keep trying.
