It's hard to see and hard to explain but my wife and I added a triangle of fabric in the liner to the front neck opening to hold the chest out and V shape it down. I can try and see if I can get better pics to explain later

Oh I see what he is saying. Yes there is a middle portion on the sash itself.
I pleated a strip of the fabric across the middle to created another raised strip.

Secondary belt? Not that I'm aware of, just the obi style waist sash
