I just got my box of goods yesterday from Imperial Boots. It's a pretty nice set. Comes with everything but the helmet and pike. Inner and outer robes, boots, gloves, sash, neck seal and balaclava. It's definitely not too thin. We are not using it for mechanic work, which I used to do, but it's plenty thick for that. Six of us locally doing the Shadow Guard all went with the RedKap.
