Your outer is shaping up nicely.
Some notes:
* The split along the back should be a little higher but as long as it is hidden under the helmet when worn then it's fine. Actually that will help with keeping the material together over many troops.

Walt on facebook has a guy that 3d prints a pretty decent set of handle parts. You just need to carefully assemble and glue them together on PVC pipe. I only know of one armorer that has been planning on offering the carnor helmet bit he has run into issues with his moulds so they aren't available yet.

My suggestion when it comes to painting the helmet. After the outer robes are trimmed to the proper length (approximately 1 inch off the ground when you're wearing the entire costume) take a swatch of the outer robe to a paint shop and have them color match the paint for you in natural light. Good news on that front. The saberpike is not required for approval. When you take your submission photos you just need to be in costume. No props/weapons needed unless specified as required in the CRL.
