What type of fans do you use? I plan to use 12-volt

The Imperial Boots ROTJ kit is very helpful if you want to get started quickly.For the bucket I'd go with Lukannon Armory

The shoulders look fine but that gap in the neck is quite a common problem,some people make a sort of foam collar,here's the thread:

Are those IB's officer boots?
If they are I think you're good to go.
