I've made the mould from the pommel-part and casted it in colored resin, so it doesn't have to be painted and can sustain rough handeling.

I've bought the costume and the helmet from him and I'm very happy about the quality of both.
The helmet fits nicely, even for those who don't fit in a DP.
The cloak is made of a thick, quality fabric.
In the costume you even get the fabric-belts and gloves, so I just needed to find boots when mine ...

I also have a Fenixprops (fiberglass) and I'm very happy with it
Mine was unpainted (I've also bought the robes from them; delivery 3 months in total incl. robes)
When the helmet came out of the box, I could paint it with little or almost no sanding.
There were some minor cracks in the fiberglass ...

I've just recieved my South American fiberglass helmet and I'm very happy with it
Although it's heavier than a DP, I think it has less chance of breaking because it's thicker.
It's also larger than DP, but without any deformation because of it larger size.
What I'm saying is, that if you own a DP ...

I'm currently considering of making a mould of either the seperate parts (complete pommel, rasps, top) or the entire pike as one piece. (anyway I've got to create another one for a friend of mine)
