Hello All,

Received my Shadow Guard helmet yesterday from a UK E-Bay seller and I must say it’s absolutely brilliant. I had to add a silver mirror glassed visor insert so the visor hides my features, so I am seeing red all the time.

I am still waiting on a Rubies Royal Guard which I hastily ordered first. Depending on the charges of customs and returning it, it might just be cheaper to keep it and do a Royal Guard in the future.

My boots, which are the Funtasma ones. These are better than I was expecting. However I suspect the zip will fail in time so these will be replaced when I find something suitable for the price.



Here is me wearing everything except the belt, which I will hole punch once I have the armour. I still need to have the pockets removed and make a Kama and cloak. Still looking into options for a Sabre Pike (one where the blade detracts into the pike). So surely but slowly its getting there.

Just an update:

Have now removed all the pockets from my bodysuit.

Have the Kama (Bistro Apron) but can't alter it until I wear the belt, which has a dependency on being worn over the armours abdominal piece. Hope to get armour in a month or two.

Since I now have an extra Rubies Royal Guard helmet, I am also going to do an Imperial Royal Guard (Return of the Jedi).
