I've continued to be in contact with Leigh. He's hoping to have some time to devote to this soon, but as we all know, RL emergencies always come first.

The risk with doing it online is that you may not get it fitted properly. I found a local seamstress and provided her with the CRL and pictures. From there, she was able to create the costume for me.

KeepTrooping makes ROTJ, but it doesn't look like they make ROTS.

That will depend on your GML, but it's a pretty common method as long as you can get it to look good. I know some people use ski poles as the main shaft for the pike, and then just have to worry about the grip and tip.

Leigh is currently dealing with some major RL health things. I'll let him know that you've made updates, but it may take a few days for him to be able to properly answer your questions and provide feedback.

I ironically ended up making my gloves out of jersey. The inner robes were the suiting fabric, but the gloves are jersey. I took a swatch to the store to get fabric that matched, and it was extremely easy to make them.
