Imperial Praetorian Guard / Sovereign Protector variant

Hello, I am known as VietxHuey12, you may all call me Huey.... I am an amatuer cosplayer and am looking to get into Star Wars, I have no experience building my own cosplays and limited funds. While I understand this will be a MASSIVE problem to get a decent looking cosplay together, I was hoping for tips and ideas on this build, I am not looking to make a stock standard build but incorperate my favored pattern and a cloak from the Imperial Royal Guard to this build, any help and tips would be appreciated and I will keep you all up to date with pictures from my own attempts at the build.
